Haus Berger
The family-run vacation house Berger has a cozy atmosphere and a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains in Kötschach-Mauthen. On the north side stretch the Gailtal Alps, on the south side the Carnic Alps. For every mountain lover the perfect terrain and the right challenge.
The Berger vacation house is located about 300 m from the center of Mauthen. Our natural swimming pool in Mauthen ( 5 minutes walk away) as well as the inviting “AQUAREN” our indoor outdoor pool with wellness area (1 km away) also invite you to experience the vacation with all your senses.
Our guests are welcome to use our large and sunny garden. There are deckchairs to relax, a set of seats to enjoy the nature, the sun, the afternoon coffee, but also a glass of wine at sunset.

Perfectly tailored to needs and of family and friends, each apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, with a cozy sitting area, a comfortable, partly completely redesigned bathroom, satellite TV, apartment TOP 4 with balcony and all others with garden and terrace use. Plenty of space for two to six people.
